Terms & Conditions

1. BMW Service Inclusive is only available as a cost option and can be purchased up to 60 days after registration.
2. For the applicable BMW Service Inclusive option:
   1. BMW Service 3 years or 36,000 miles includes all routine servicing within 3 years from registration or 36,000 miles (whichever is sooner).
   2. BMW Service 5 years or 60,000 miles includes all routine servicing within 5 years from registration or 60,000 miles (whichever is sooner).
   3. BMW Service and Maintenance 3 years or 36,000 miles includes all routine servicing and maintenance within 3 years from registration or 36,000 miles (whichever is sooner).
   4. BMW Service and Maintenance 5 years or 60,000 miles includes all routine servicing and maintenance within 5 years from registration or 60,000 miles (whichever is sooner).
3. Service requirements conducted under the BMW Service Inclusive option will be dictated by the vehicle's on-board computer and must be carried out in line with service schedules and BMW repair instructions (copies of which are available on request), which may be updated from time to time according to manufacturer's instructions.
4. For the applicable BMW Service Inclusive option:
   1. BMW Service 3 years or 36,000 miles includes parts and labour for all scheduled service items: brake fluid, air filters, micro filters, fuel filter (diesel models only) spark plugs, oil filters, engine oil.
   2. BMW Service 5 years or 60,000 miles includes parts and labour for all scheduled service items: brake fluid, air filters, micro filters, fuel filter (diesel models only) spark plugs, oil filters, engine oil.
   3. BMW Service and Maintenance 3 years or 36,000 miles includes parts and labour for all scheduled service items: brake pads, brake discs, brake sensors, brake fluid, air filters, micro filters, fuel filter (diesel models only), spark plugs, oil filters, engine oil, clutch assembly (only if worn) and wiper blade rubbers.
   4. BMW Service and Maintenance 5 years or 60,000 miles includes parts and labour for all scheduled service items: brake pads, brake discs, brake sensors, brake fluid, air filters, micro filters, fuel filter (diesel models only), spark plugs, oil filters, engine oil, clutch assembly (only if worn) and wiper blade rubbers. Owners are responsible for topping up the various fluids in between services. Tyres are not included.
5. BMW Service Inclusive is not available on vehicles that have undergone any form of aftermarket, unapproved tuning or performance enhancement and excludes all non-scheduled work outside warranty and accident damage. Items requiring replacement or repair due to excessive wear and tear or misuse are not covered.
6. Servicing must be carried out at a BMW Service Authorised Workshop by BMW Approved Technicians as specified in the Owner's Manual.
7. BMW Service Inclusive is transferable to subsequent owners of the car but not transferable to another car. Manufacturer's servicing guidelines are subject to change. BMW reserves the right to amend or withdraw the above BMW Service Inclusive offers at any time.
8. BMW Service Inclusive is not available on M Power models.
